How should I wash my items?
We recommend that you wash your garments inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. If possible, avoid drying your screen printed t-shirts in a dryer, as this can damage the screen printing. Instead, air dry the shirts. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron the decoration.
Do you accept return/exchanges?
All products are made to order so as a result, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are FINAL. Please double check to ensure you are ordering the correct size.
If you received a defective item, please email us at email@example.com and we will gladly replace it. Defective items will be exchanged for the same type of product.
How long will it take for me to receive my products after placing an order?
Orders are usually shipped standard within 3-5 business days after the order is placed.
Who do I contact if I have not received my order?
If you have a problem with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier and they will be able to further assist you.
We are not responsible for the delivery of packages after we ship them. Please ensure the address you provide is accurate, as we do not reship or refund orders due to wrong addresses.
